Being a dad. Being a husband. Being in community.
What do you love about working at Peace Vans?
I’m fond of saying pretty much the only reason I started this thing was I was sick of working with people I didn’t love and who weren’t happy and in a culture I couldn’t control. So, I took matters into my own hands and created my own business and culture. I want to be happy when I come to work every day and the best way I know how to do that is to keep everyone else happy. So, what I love about working at Peace Vans is all the happy people!

Crater Lake National Park—need to represent Oregon, of course! And I thought it would be overrated—but NO—it is that awesome!
When you're not at work, what are you doing?
Growing veggies, raising chickens, and finding reasons to be on a body of water.

A Transformer on wheels.
If you could only camp with 3 items, what would they be?
Depends on the time of year! Winter: a waterproof, heated and insulated full body suit, a lighter, and a crossword puzzle book. Summer: a swimsuit, sunblock, and bug spray.
When you're not at work, what are you doing?
Crafting, playing with my kids, or thrift shopping.

Being the only person who works here that knows nothing about vans! Or DJ CHARDONNAY!

What do I love? My coworkers! It's easy coming into the office every day when I get to work with people who are passionate and caring team players.
