The following story is actually true: We went to the RVX trade show in Salt Lake City back in 2019 to see what the latest was. We walked through a Sprinter build from a new company out Alabama and as they showed us the van, we were quite skeptical…did they not know about the Revel? All the amazing custom builds? And, really, what did these guys from Alabama know about the west coast market? I (Harley) remember meeting Jeffrey Hunter and being impressed with him and their ambition, but skeptical if they could make it. Kind of reminded me of turning down a job offer I had from Microsoft in 1991 after graduating college…

In all seriousness, though, there are few companies in the industry whom we admire more and when we began our Sprinter business we reached out the good folks from Birmingham to offer our services to their customers. We are among the first independent shops to get blessings from Intergalactic HQ in Birmingham to work on these great vans, and we’ve been building out a specialty working on them ever since. We can even handle Warranty claims and bill STO directly.

Things WE Can Do

Pretty much anything….but, here’s some things we’ve done recently:

• Full suspension overhaul and upgrade. If your STO is still running stock suspension, it’s almost a must to change this up. With a van that is pushing the maximum weight rating and one that was never designed for camping usage, the ride change from moving to an Agile RIP Kit (or similar) is incredible. In fact, it’s hard to believe there are folks who haven’t done this.

• Wheel and Tire Upgrades. Give our team a call or email to discuss various options.

• Starlink install. We’ll help you assess the best package and install options

• Warranty and non-warranty repairs. Despite the excellent quality of the STO product, things to break. From Volta repair to plumbing and heating and through to simpler things like cabinets, the team at Peace Vans can do it all.

• Winterizing and flushing. While an easy DIY project, if it’s something you don’t want to do…let us.

• Nvader, Flatline, Owl Vans, and more. Want to change up your exterior look or add some of those great storage and exterior options?

• Fuel Tank Upgrade. We love this one….one less fill up :)
