We’re a passionate bunch of folks who love exploration, adventure, community, and the great outdoors. We love helping you stay out a little longer, wander a little deeper, and do more of what you love—with comfort, convenience, and style.

This talented group of people makes countless smiles happen every day. Our Modern Team works hand-in-hand with our customers to create the perfect adventure mobile. From planning your conversion, helping you determine what add-ons are the right fit, skillfully building out your camper van, and handing you the keys while you embark on your first journey off the Mercedes-Benz of Seattle showroom—our Modern Team is here to bring your camper van vision to life.  

Whether you’re looking for a complete build out with our Full Camper, more cargo space with our Weekender, or a full 7-passenger vehicle with our Pop-Top conversion, our Modern Team is here to guide you through the process.

What do you love about working at Peace Vans? 

I love getting to promote things I'm passionate about—van life, the outdoors, and travel. It’s great to work with a team of people who love those same things!

What's your favorite national park?

I love them all, but Bryce Canyon National Park took my breath away.

What are you best known for at Peace Vans?

Consensus says, "being animated and organized." 

What's your dream campmobile?

Chilliwack (Our '88 Westy Peace Vans Rental)

El Legendario Mexican restaurant.

Sequoia National Park.

What are you best known for at Peace Vans?

Dry humor.

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Watching and critiquing movies.

What do you love about working at Peace Vans?

The family I’ve gained throughout the years!

What's your favorite national park?

I'd have to say Glacier National Park in MT. I haven't spent a lot of time there but will in the future!

If you could only camp with 3 items, what would they be?

Firewood for sure, one of my vans—I don’t sleep on the ground anymore, and I love having an awning in the PNW. Or if we’re going to go bare bones … fire, food, shelter … duh!

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Hanging with my wife and dogs, most likely on some long weekend adventure. Or sipping a drink and planning the next road trip!

A sprinter … lifted!

Being the secret weapon.

Umi Sake House. 

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

In the garage, working on cars.

The people. Working with a wonderful team is a gift that keeps on giving.

If you could only camp with 3 items, what would they be?

My Feathered Friends sleeping bag, Petzl headlamp, a bar of Theo dark chocolate. 

What are you best known for at Peace Vans?

Obsessing about continuous improvement.

What's your dream campmobile?

VW California T6.1 Ocean.

If you could only camp with 3 items, what would they be?

Dutch oven, hatchet, Jack Daniels.

What are you best known for at Peace Vans?

Having a European accent, throwing things at people, putting struts on pop-tops. 

What's your dream campmobile?

VW man camper (a managon).

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Playing soccer!

What do you love about working at Peace Vans?  

All of my coworkers, across the 3 teams, are genuine people who I enjoy being around both during work hours and off the clock.

What's your dream campmobile?

Anything with all-wheel drive, spacious room, and enough storage for mountain bikes, skis, and plenty of camp gear. 

What's your favorite restaurant in Seattle?

Salty's … those fish and chips are incredible.

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Mountain biking in the summer, skiing in the winter, cooking all the time.

Being a yes man.

Dirt biking in the PNW.

Toyota Tacoma with a pop-up camper.

If you could only camp with 3 items, what would they be?

Hammock, sleeping bag, and a good pillow.

Napping in pop-tops.

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Hanging out with my family.

What do you love about working at Peace Vans?

My favorite part of working at Peace Vans is seeing the photos and hearing stories of all the cool places customers take their vans.

What's your favorite national park?

Any of the Washington ones are great, but probably North Cascades National Park.

What's your favorite restaurant in Seattle?

Hard to say, there’s so many good options! Tacos Chukis is up there for sure.

When you're not at work, what are you doing?

Playing outside—mountain biking, skiing, or occasionally surfing.
