Pilchuck

1988 Full Westfalia

Originating in the Cascade Mountain Range, the Pilchuck is a soft and beautiful body of water that carried travelers and commerce for hundreds if not thousands of years. Short and sweet, the Pilchuck of today traverses a range of geographies in its short journey - its waters see a lot in a relatively short period. The name is derived from Chinook Jargon, a pidgin trade language of Northwest native tribes - work pil-pil (blood, red) and chuck (water).

Pilchuck the van rides strong with a freshly rebuilt water boxer motor and an easy-shifting automatic transmission. As a full 'Westy,' she sleeps 4, has a built-in cooktop and sink, and lots of storage. She's lovingly restored to our high standards and has everything you need for a road trip adventure. Pilchuck's 3-window tent will let you watch the stars while you sleep, and she'll be a great companion on the road.
